Yeah, I know him. Found him on a street corner on his first day here.
[Okay, so maybe just kicking him out wouldn't be all that great considering his condition, though being stuck between a rock and a hard place isn't cool either. At the same time, she thinks Edward needs to know what the house rules are, not have them change around his presence, especially when it makes Vergil extremely uncomfortable after coming so far. She knows that it isn't easy for people to come out and it's not easy for people to publicly announce their other significant other. But all at the same time, Angela knows what's done in the dark will come to light and it's best that things are headed off before they grow too big to manage properly.]
Awkward, awkward, so very awkward. [She flops back into her chair, rubbing at the bridge of her nose.] I'm going to need a chocolate tart for this before I go on.
[He nods, frowning to himself a little, and then lifts his hand to request the waitress's attention, and when she comes over, he orders Angela's chocolate tart, and another coffee for each of them.
After a moment, he sighs and nods.]
Incredibly awkward. I want Thomas to be happy and to take care of his friend, but for the moment it seems like that's more important than us being what we are.
[He shakes his head, finishes his coffee off as the waitress brings over Angela's tart and the fresh coffee.]
[She nods at first, spending the next few moments tucking into her tart and contemplating how best to phrase things while continuing to be honest. She doesn't know Thomas, only spoke to him once, so she doesn't want to make it seem she has a bad opinion about him and offend Vergil at the same time.]
It's okay to be a little selfish sometimes, especially when you want things to not be so secretive. Sneaking around, in your own house even, is tiring. You feel invalidated and pushed to the side, like you are coming second place in his life, when it wasn't like that a few days ago. It's just all of a sudden and now it feels like if you say something you'll be telling him to choose between you and his friend. Am I right?

Does that make sense?
